Cancellation and Refunds
Orders once placed can be cancelled within 24 hours on the same day by canceling the order in your account page. If you cancel it in time, we will refund the full amount back into your account.
Contact customer care to initiate immediate replacement within 2 weeks if what you received is not what you ordered, or if the products got damaged during shipping. Unopened products can be returned within 2 weeks of receipt for full refund.
While we take a lot of effort to ensure that every customer’s expectation is fulfilled, we understand that sometimes, we make mistakes and cannot match up to your expectations.
